Help us protect the lives and property of residents and visitors of the communities we serve. Become an administrative volunteer with the Baileys Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department.

We are currently seeking volunteers for the position of Web and Social Media Specialist. As a Web and Social Media Specialist you will assist with the maintenance of the organization’s Web environment by identifying requirements, installing upgrades and monitoring performance. You will also assist with brand awareness and community outreach through the use of the department’s website, social media outlets and other web-based solutions. Flexible schedule and most duties can be performed from home or virtual environment.

Requirements
No experience is necessary. Must have strong organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations and the ability to work as part of a team. Commitment of at least 1 year. Requires time commitment of approximately 8 to 20 hours per month and attendance to meetings, conferences and other functions. Flexible schedule and most duties can be performed from home or virtual environment. Must pass a background check.
