1. Live within the Sullivan Fire District No.1 or one of it's fire protection areas. This includes the Village of Chittenango and parts of the Town of Sullivan and Town of Fenner.
2. New members are expected to complete basic recruit training within their first year, if the course is available. All fire and EMT training is provided free of charge.
3. Participate in fire company business meetings, fundraisers, work details and social functions, including the annual banquet and picnic.\
4. Maintain your skills by participating in fire department drills.
5. Grow your knowledge and skill base by participating periodically in new courses, attending seminars and workshops, to keep you in sync with new developments and changes in a very dynamic fire service.
