Description
Duncan Valley Rural Fire District is a small fire district in southeastern Arizona. Based in Duncan, Arizona, we are currently covering approx. 50 square miles, operating out of 3 stations, and are currently working to grow our district boundaries. Our average call volume is 46 calls per year (based on 2012-2017 statistics). We maintain a roster of 1 Fire Chief, 1 Assistant Chief, and 16 volunteer firefighters. We are a NIMS compliant agency.

Requirements
Must be 18 or older.
Must possess valid Arizona drivers license (CDL preferred).
Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check (required by A.R.S. 48-805).
Must live within 10 miles of a DVRFD station.
Must be able to attend meetings/trainings, at least 2 per month.
Fire/EMS experience is preferred, but not required. Recruit training will be provided after applicant selection.
