70 West Fire Protection District is looking for volunteers. We have positions open to those in our community who would like to respond to emergencies and help their fellow neighbors. Are you young and looking for a potential career path? Are you a business professional but looking for a way to have fun and release some of your job related stress in a new way? Are you looking for a way to give back to the community and be a part of a family? Or do you just have some spare time and want to do something amazing? We have something for everyone! We are neighbors helping neighbors. Applicants need not have any experience but be willing to train/learn. Must be at least 18 years of age, have your own transportation, be able to pass drug screen and extensive background check. Applicants are expected to meet requirements to maintain status as an active member in regards to minimum responses and training attendance.
