We are a combination department located in Mansfield CT. The same town as the states flagship university. We operate out of 3 stations with 3 Ambulances, 1 Heavy Rescue, 1 Tanker, 4 Pumpers and 3 service/utility vehicles. Our career staffing includes Chief, FMO, 16 Full time and 8 Part time employees, supplemented by Volunteer Officers and members. We cover slightly over 29 sq. miles and average 2150 runs per year, 70% EMS.
