Description
We are looking for community members to become Volunteer Firefighters, Drivers/Pump Operators and EMT/Paramedics for our QRS service. Mt Bethel Fire Company was established in 1928. We cover the Second largest 2nd Class Township in Pennsylvania. We currently respond to 200-375 calls a year. We will provide all necessary training free of charge. Family 1st , Job 2nd, Fire company 3rd
Volunteer Category: Firefighter
Requirements
Live within 10 miles of the Fire House. Certified in or complete
Hazmat awareness, Nims 100/700 and Introduction to the fire service. (To start running calls)
Firefighter 1 certification
(with in a year to become a Firefighter)
EVOC, Hazmat awareness, introduction to the fire service and Pump Operations to be a Driver/Operator
EMR/EMT/Paramedic to run QRS calls
Hazmat awareness, Nims 100/700 and Introduction to the fire service. (To start running calls)
