Requirements
Potential applicants should stop by the fire station anytime and ask for an application for membership. Tuesday nights at 7PM are set aside for department meetings and training and is often the best time to reach an officer that can assist you.

Once your application is filled out in its entirety, the application must be submitted to the Fire Chief for review.

Once your application has been reviewed by the Fire Chief, you will be contacted and asked to meet with a panel of HCVFD officers on an upcoming Tuesday night.

Once all requirements set forth by HCVFD have been met by the potential member, HCVFD officers will make a determination on active membership for the potential member.
