Description
The Franklin Township Fire Department is always looking for Volunteer Firefighters. If you're interested in becoming a firefighter feel free to stop by for training at either station Monday Nights between 7:00pm and 9:00pm, or email careers@ftfd.org.

Requirements
-Must be at least 18 years old
-Must have a Valid Drivers Licence
-Must have a High School Diploma or GED
-Must be able to pass a background check.
-Must be able to pay a Pre-employment physical
-Must live within a reasonable distance from either Fire Station
-Complete at least the 36 hour Volunteer Firefighter Course (completed during probation)
-Required to make 20% of the runs for the year
-Required to complete 30 hours of training per year (Usually scheduled every Monday evening)
-Other requirements may apply
