Volunteer / Paid Call Firefighter

The City of Guadalupe is looking for people interested in serving the community, gaining experience in the field, and becoming part of our team. The Guadalupe Fire Department is looking to fill 5 vacant positions.

Volunteer / Paid Call Pay
Firefighter/EMT (minimum 8 - 12hr Shifts per month) $400.00 monthly Stipend.
Weekend Duty (minimum 2 - 24hr shifts per month) $120.00 per Shift.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduation from Fire Academy with a Firefighter 1 Academy certificate
• Current Santa Barbara County EMT-1 Certificate
• California Driver’s License, Class C
• Valid American Heart Association BLS CPR Card
• Reside within a 30-minute radius from City of Guadalupe
