Description
Looking for local individuals willing to answer a higher calling. Positions are available for volunteer firefighters and medical personnel. Duties will include responding to fire, rescue, and medical calls, attending scheduled trainings and work details, working fundraising and community events as scheduled. In house training opportunities. Financial assistance available for those seeking a higher education within Fire Services and Emergency Medical Services.

Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Background check from the Madison County Sheriff's Office
Residency within ten (10) miles of district borders
Minimum completion of an EMR license within one (1) year of hire*
Class B exempt driver's license within one (1) year of hire
Personal auto insurance
Completion of NIMS 100 and 700 within six (6) months of hire
Valid CPR certification within three (3) months of hire
*Will be waived if a pre-hospital medical license is already held
