At Rockwell Rural Fire Department we are in search of highly motivated volunteers to help serve our community when its citizens need us the most. We offer training and facilities to educate and promote certified as well as qualified persons to help give emergency and service needs to our community. At Rockwell Rural Fire Department we average over 1,000 emergency/calls to service annually and participate and host numerous community events throughout the year. Rockwell Rural Fire Department operates as a combination/volunteer fire department out of two stations throughout the 30 mile square district covering approximately 9,000 residence. There are many functions inside of the department in which volunteers can participate and assist with making our mission accomplished. No matter your age, abilities or fears, there is a place with us that you can make a difference.
