Description
The Colwich Fire Department is seeking candidates for volunteer firefighter. No experience is necessary although those with training are welcome. The Colwich Fire Department provides fire protection and first responder service for EMS in Colwich and the surrounding area of Union Township. All candidates will be trained as firefighters and those who are interested can pursue EMT certification.

Requirements
All candidates must be 18 years of age.
Candidates must be free of felonies and have a good driving record.
Preference to candidates who live within 7 minutes from the station, although arrangements could be made for those outside this distance.
Candidates must be willing to attend initial training, attend bi-monthly training, and be willing to respond to incidents at any time when available.
