Description
The Cuero Volunteer Fire Department is looking for men and women that are looking to serve their community as a volunteer firefighter. Volunteer firefighters respond to all types of emergencies within the City of Cuero and DeWitt County, Texas. These calls consist of grass/brush fires, structure fires, motor vehicle accidents, oil field related fires, public assistance, etc.
A certification is not required, but it is strongly encouraged you work towards your certification. Training is paid for. There are no set hours. When the pager goes off alerting you of an emergency, you respond.

Requirements
18 years of age
No felonies
A passion to help people in a time of need.
A willingness to put others needs ahead of yours.
A drive to put in the work.
Healthy attitude.
Availability to respond nights, daytime, weekends.
