You must successfully pass the Ohio basic volunteer firefighter course.
You must be an active FD member, respond to calls, attend Associations functions, training, meetings, and special events.
Satisfactorily complete a probationary period.
Abide by and support the Bylaws and Constitution of the CIVFD Association.
Abide by all FD rules and the departments chain of command

Department pays for all training and education needs. Station is also a pay per call and in house training. Applicants can also be an EMT but not required.
