The Simsbury Volunteer Fire Co. invites you to become a Firefighter. Our Volunteers respond to all types of emergency incidents and have been highly trained to take on challenges that they face The SVFC responds to over 600 calls for assistance each year. If you feel that you have what it takes to help your neighbors , please consider joining a very well trained, family - oriented organization.

Requirements
If you are over the age of 18 and a Simsbury resident then you are eligible to join. Volunteering in Simsbury is a serious commitment that is only equal to the personnel reward that one gets from helping your neighbor. You need no experience to join, the SVFC will train and provide you with all the state of the art equipment that you need to become a firefighter.
