The Bertrand Township Fire Department is seeking applicants to join our Paid-On-Call fire department.
Volunteer Category: Firefighter
Requirements
Applicants fall into one of two categories:
1) Previously/currently Michigan certified firefighters [class I and II]
2) Non-certified individuals age 18 or older
All applicants must meet these requirements: age 18 or older with a valid driver's license, HS diploma or GED, live within seven (7) miles of one of the two fire stations, pass a physical and drug test, and pass a physical agility test.
