Fruitland Park firefighters are proud and dedicated to helping people in emergency situations. We are looking for paid stipend firefighters to join our fire department.

Fruitland Park Fire Rescue Department was established to provide efficient and effective services designed to protect lives and property from adverse effects of fires, medical emergencies, or exposures to dangerous conditions created by man or nature.

Our firefighters respond to alarms or requests for service, act in emergencies, extinguish fires and perform service work as directed. FPFR firefighters work under the supervision of the Fire Chief, Captain of Operations and line officers. Equipment & uniforms are provided.

Applicants must have no criminal record and a clean driving background.
