Description
The Edgecliff Village Fire Department is actively seeking volunteers to join
our department. We are a small community located just south of I-20
between Crowley Rd. & Hemphill St. just west of where I-20 & I35W
intersect. We run out of one station covering just 1.5 square miles with a
population of just under 3,000 citizens. We provide mutual aid to the cities of
Crowley, Everman, Rendon, Benbrook, Burleson, Forest Hill, Kennedale, and
others. We are currently accepting applications for volunteer positions.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must pass a criminal background check & reference check
- Must pass a drug screen
- Formal interview with department qualification committee.
- Must be willing to commit to Tuesday night training & (24) hours of
station coverage per month in addition to answering calls.
- Valid TX DL
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
