Description
Wooton Volunteer Fire and Rescue is a small rural department located in Leslie, Ky. Wooton Volunteer Fire and Rescue was founded in 1990, and continues today, not only providing fire suppression protection to the community of Wooton, but also Rescue and EMS. We are proud to serve our community and are always looking for new recruits and veteran firefighters alike to come and join and become apart of our family. Wooton Volunteer Fire and Rescue operates 2 Engines, 1 Tanker, 1 ATV Rescue and 1 Quick Response Rescue/EMS SUV.

Requirements
To be a junior firefighter. You must be at least 15 years of age.
To be a unrestricted firefighter, you must be 18 years of age, no felony arrests.
EMT, EMR, and Paramedic licenses are not required, but always a plus.
