Description
A firefighter shall perform the following duties including but not limited to:
• Firefighting work extinguishing fires and lifting and pulling heavy equipment.
• Perform specialized duties under emergency conditions which frequently involve considerable personal risk with the potential for increased physical and emotional stress.
• A variety of equipment and maintenance duties and related work as required.

Requirements
18 y/o minimum; high School Graduate (or equivalent); Live or work within 3 miles of a Troy Fire Station; possess a valid Michigan Driver's License with not more than 5 points
