Any person sixteen (16) years old or older, of good moral character and standing, with no felony convictions per West Virginia State Code Chapter 15, Article 5, Section 15, resides in the first due response district of the Ohio River Road Volunteer Fire Department or east of 31st Street (Huntington), north of U.S. Route 60 from Huntington eastward ending at Blue Sulphur Road, or within two (2) miles of the District in all other areas is eligible for membership. However, all members must reside within Cabell County.
