Description
Long and unpredictable hours; constant training; life-altering experiences; death-by-powerpoint; constant emotional rollercoaster; and constant scrutiny from others.

Requirements
When you fill out the "Connect with our Department Today" portion, please indicate which branch of the department you are interested in. (interior firefighter, exterior firefighter, auxiliary member or Junior firefighter)
Junior firefighters may join at the age of 14.
18 years of age or older: Must be able to preform inhuman maneuvers and any task at any given time; ability to maintain professional composure under extremely intense pressures where you are the difference between another human living or dying; must be able to be committed at incident scenes for undetermined amounts of time, forgoing meals, bathroom breaks, and all "necessities" that you are accustomed to. Basically, we're looking for Super-humans. If you'll volunteer to walk through the door, we'll give you everything you need to go from there.

Applications are only received in person at the firehouse. We are there every Tuesday night from 6:30pm-9:00pm, before we begin our weekly training at 7:00pm.
