Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a current State of Ohio emergency medical technician certification and or be a state of Ohio Level I firefighter. Applicants must be citizens of the United States, be a high school graduate or possess a valid GED certification and carry a valid Ohio motor vehicle operator’s license with good driving record. Applicants must be able to maintain all required minimum qualifications and certifications throughout employment. Applicants must meet annual training requirements and required hours.

Nature of Work: The protection of life and property through fire suppression, fire prevention, public education, emergency medical service, hazardous materials and technical rescue.
