The Blandford Fire & Rescue mission is to protect lives and property from all hazards via an efficient application of preparedness, prevention, mitigation, response and recovery.
Excellent Service
We strive to provide excellent service to our communities through intelligent, trained, respectful, dedicated, competent, hard-working, safety focused members. We take on the role of active participants in the communities where we live and work.
Pride
We show our pride by having integrity, taking care of each other and the tools we use to complete our assignments. We respect ourselves and those that came before us and will strive to make improvements. These improvements will leave the fire service in a better condition for those who follow.
Honor
Honor has at least a double meaning, to honor others, but showing respect and caring. Secondly the honor of service to the community, to be given the responsibility to respond against at times staggering odds at times to save lives and property. Consider the trust that has been entrusted to each member to be a honor.
