Description
Llanerch Fire Company's primary responsibility to the community is Fire Suppression. We are also very proactive with our Fire Safety education programs. We operate two fire engines and a Tower Ladder. Our other apparatus include a fireground support vehicle and a Utility pick-up truck. Llanerch Fire Company is always looking for new members. We provide free training to new members and send them to local County Fire Schools and ensure support is given to new recruits so that they are prepared to take the National FireFighter 1 exam upon completion of their schooling.

Requirements
Yearly Minimum Requirements for an Active Member include:
Response to 15% of Fire Calls
Attend at least 2 drills per month (We drill 4 times a month at 7pm on Tuesday Evenings and occasionally on the weekend)
One Duty night per week (The night you pick is the night that we will count on you to respond)
Additionally:
Completion of in-house training and orientation within 1st year of membership.
Participation in fire safety education and other community events.
