Volunteer Firefighter is an entry level position and reports to the elected officers of the Fire Department as well as the Board of Fire Commissioners. This position attends trainings and meeting as well as responds to emergencies including but not limited to: Fire, EMS calls, motor vehicle accidents. Training and equipment is provided by the District / Department.

Examples of activities include:
Attend Monthly Meetings of the Fire Department
Attend regular trainings and drills
Respond to emergencies
Assist with activities and fund-raisers
