Volunteer firefighter applications currently being accepted!
-Looking for members with a desire to help the Edinburg community through protection of life, property and environment.
-Members will be required to make a response quota every year that is met by responding to fire stations when an emergency is called in.
-Members may assist in departmental functions and city events.
-Members will be given trainings through the department to continuously increase firefighting and emergency knowledge to better perform on the fireground.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Graduate or GED
Must be a permanent resident of Hidalgo County, TX
Must provide two (2) forms of identification (i.e. Texas Driver's License, Social Security Card)
