We are looking for new members to serve in either or both of our Fire or Medical divisions. No experience necessary. We will provide you with all training and equipment required to be successful in this position.

The Thetford Volunteer Fire Department is a private, non-profit agency that is contracted to provide fire and ems response to the Town of Thetford. We are a highly trained organization that provides fire suppression, emergency medical service, hazardous materials response (operations level) and specialized rescue services. In addition, we provide extrication response for 3 neighboring towns in addition to Thetford and a variety of mutual aid services such as Firefighter rehab and medical monitoring, technical rescue and wilderness response.

We are a diverse organization with a commitment to an inclusive team environment. Our members are senior state EMS instructors, State Fire Academy Instructors and TECC instructors who are passionate about teaching and learning.
