Description
The Town of Sheboygan Volunteer Fire Department is looking for dedicated men or women to serve our community as a firefighter.
New recruits with no prior fire service education or training are always welcome, as we will pay to have you trained. We also accept transfers!
Our department protects over 7,000 residents with various types of housing. We also protect a large area of big box vendors and an industrial park. Our department receives over 70 fire calls a year on average.

Requirements
Physically able to perform the duties of a firefighter.
Attend 80% of our required drills and meetings.
Live within a reasonable distance from our township.
Complete all required firefighting courses.
