Noonday is a small town just south of Tyler, Texas. Noonday fire department protects a large area in the southern part of smith county, including parts of lake Palestine. The department consists of two paid personnel that work Monday though Friday from 8:00A.M. to 5:00P.M., as well as 22 volunteers. Noonday Fire Department is a very active and progressive fire department that averages roughly 90 calls per month.
Noonday is currently searching for more members to volunteer in the community. All training and equipment is provided.
