Description
The Mystic Island Fire Company is always seeking new members. If you are interested in joining or know someone who is interested in joining, stop by the station, 827 Radio Rd, any Tuesday night after 7 pm, and talk to any officer or firefighter, and take an application, fill it out, and return it to us. 14 year old students can join as junior members. General membership is 18 years old and older. No experience is necessary, and training is provided for free at the Ocean County Fire Academy.

Requirements
1- Applicant must fill out the application in its entirety. 2- Applicant must undergo a background check performed by the Mystic Island Vol. Fire Co. and any outside agency that the fire company enlists the help of. 3- Applicant will be interviewed by a review board. 4- Applicant must have a physical performed by a licensed physician in the state of New Jersey.
