The Scruggs all Volunteer Fire Department, Rescue Squad and Dive Team are looking for volunteers to join our organization. We serve the people of Franklin County especially in the Scruggs community.
Not only do we provide quality fire, rescue and dive services to the community, we provide a place for rest and relaxation during times of natural disasters and major utility failures. Along with the Red Cross as operators of our Training Facility we have off the grid power, water and sewer, including kitchen and bath areas. We perform numerous public service activities and free emergency medical training.
Not only are we looking for trained professionals; we are seeking help with drivers, support personnel, funding support and overall clerical help.
