Harmon fire department is looking for people willing to volunteer as fire fighters, First responder, EMT's or join our auxiliary group.
Harmon fire department is a small rural fire department serving approx 1000+ people in a mostly farming community. New applicants will be trained according to national standards with the focus on safety first! Harmon fully embraces the thought" Everyone Goes Home"!

Requirements
Applicants for fire fighting must be 18 years old, have a high school diploma or G.E.D. and have a valid drivers license.
Anyone 14 years old to 18 years old can apply as a cadet( formerly known as "Junior" firefighter)
First responder and EMT will be offered and provided by the department.
Auxiliary members mug be willing to assist in various functions including but not limited to; fund raiser for and with the fire department, community events, report for fire calls.
