FireCorps candidates must be 18 years old at time of application. This job is responsible for assisting department personnel with fundraising, vehicle and station maintenance, community fire prevention campaigns, installing smoke alarms, assisting in emergency shelter operations, and other non-tactical duties of the station.

Applicants are asked to be free of any felony convictions and no convictions of theft, arson or assault. Other criminal charges could be disqualifying based on the judgement of the Chief of the department.
