We are looking for local Valley Lee citizens, 16 years or older, to become members of the Second District Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad by assisting EMTs on the ambulance. Duties include locating, carrying, and setting up equipment, interacting with the patient and recording patient information, conducting ambulance check-outs, restocking supplies, checking equipment for expiration dates, and more. We will provide training with no cost to you. After 3 years of service, you may be eligible for an annual tax credit. Weekly meetings are Wednesdays from 7:00 - 9:00pm. We will work around your schedule. Come be part of something bigger than yourself and give back to your community.
