Description
All Volunteer Positions are always needed from firefighters, support staff, emergency medical responders, wildland firefighters, tanker drivers, rehab team members and more!
We have 18 volunteer fire departments within Putnam County that are Non-Profit organizations and provide fire protection for the citizens of our county. These departments are 100% volunteer staffed, with the exception of East Palatka, Satsuma, Melrose, and Crescent City which have some career daytime staffing.
Have no training? Not a problem! We provide all the training needed to become a volunteer in Putnam County and best of all its Free! The only cost is your time!
