Description
Administrative members provide the fire company with the skills required to run the 'business' side of the fire company. Administrative members can be firefighters as well. Being an administrative member requires knowledge in business and financial management, budget preparation, personnel management, and many other areas. Administrative members include the President, Vice President, Secretaries, Treasurers, and Trustees.
